Overcloud facility level art

My goal was to make a ruined scientific station that was attacked by an unexpected enemy. This is not a military base, so there are no unbreachable walls, quite in opposite.

There are many windows, many open doors, the base was supposed to host some scientists and provide them with plenty of comfort.

The entire station is located above the clouds, because the atmosphere on this planet is so thick, that no one can exist for too long close to the very surface. I have dropped in the sound of howling wind that has made the experience very believable.

People thought about their comfort when they were building the base, so I have created few nice terrace spots for them to have their coffees and to chill.

A variation of the previously posted extraterrestrial base, that was a contest entry for a level art build challenge. I won!
This time this is a base built in the clouds.

Such a creative use of the assets, making a really unique level. The level of detail is great inside, and the mix of verticality and the concept of sections connected by bridges and pipes is really impressive. I only ask, what did the chair ever do to you?!
